Need Help with Your Energy Bills?
Call CCCS for Energy Assistance Chattanooga Gas customers who are having trouble paying their bills are encouraged to reach out to the Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS). Call 1-800-251-CCCS or visit http://www.cccsinc.org/ or http://www.cccsenespanol.org/.
Local help is also available. Dial 211 for the United Way Human Services hotline. They will direct you to resources from these programs and agencies:

2006-07 LIHEAP Program Taking Applications LIHEAP - the federal Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program - in Chattanooga helps income-eligible individuals with heating bills. The LIHEAP will be open until June 15, 2007, or untle program funds have been exhausted. Even if your qualified for LIHEAP last year, you still must reapply. For application locations call
