Chattanooga Gas Company Launches New Web Site March 4, 2002
Chattanooga Gas Company today launched its new Web site at www.ChattanoogaGas.com, which highlights customer service information, gas safety education materials, business partner resources, a listing of natural gas appliance dealers and more.
Larry Buie, general manager of Chattanooga Gas Company, said, "Our first priority was our customers. We designed a Web site that would provide them with useful, timely and important information. ChattanoogaGas.com is a dynamic site, updated regularly with company news and pertinent customer service notices."
The customer care portion of the Web site includes information on establishing and canceling service, paying bills, reading a gas meter, locating resources for energy assistance and saving on gas bills through weatherizing the home. Visitors can also learn about natural gas safety and where to call in the event of a gas leak.
An entire section of the Web site is devoted to business partnerships. Gas operators, developers, builders, realtors and interior and landscape designers can find information about how Chattanooga Gas Company works hand-and-hand with businesses everyday to provide natural gas and related products and services to shared customers.
