We apologize for any inconvenience as our technology systems are currently being upgraded. We expect all self-service options, including MyAccount and automated phone payments to be fully functional by Aug. 5.
Rest assured that no payments are due until after systems are back online, and no service will be discontinued.
Although most of our services are paused during this time, if you detect even a small amount of a rotten-egg odor in the air, please call us at 866.643.4170 once you are out of the area and in a safe place. Our field services will still be responding to emergency and leak detections requests as safety remains our highest priority!

As we continue to further enhance the customer experience, we will be performing an upgrade to our technology system beginning the evening of July 29 through the morning of Aug. 5, 2022. While we are working to minimize impact, several of our technology systems will be unavailable to our customers and our employees.
Will be unavailable during this time. No changes will be able to be made to your account.
Will be suspended during this time as our field technicians will be available for emergency and leak detections requests only.
No payments or late fees will be due or processed during this window.
