e-Billing Program Using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
To make it even easier for our commercial customers to conduct business with us, Chattanooga Gas offers an e-Billing program which is a business-to-business transactional process called EDI or Electronic Data Interchange.
Pay Directly Through Your Bank
Our AutoPay Plan lets you pay your bill automatically through a direct debit from your bank account. It's fast and secure – and free to enroll and use. Just download the application, fill it in and fax it to us or mail it to us at the address you’ll find on the application. (La aplicación está también disponible en español.)
Our My Account online payment system allows you to use your checking account or credit card to pay – and you can view your account details and payment history. You can also chat with a customer service representative. No convenience fee is applied to payments made by checking or savings account. A convenience fee is applied to credit card payments.
Pay by Phone
Call us at 866.643.4168, Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. to pay your bill by phone. No convenience fee is applied to payments made by checking or savings account. A convenience fee is applied to credit card payments.
Pay in Person
Authorized payment locations are available throughout our service area.
Pay by Mail
Use the return envelope that comes with your monthly bill. If you need to use your own envelope, be sure to enclose your payment stub and check.
