Even with small projects, like planting trees and shrubs, it’s important to call us before you dig to make sure you’re not digging where there are gas lines or other utility lines. In Tennessee just dial 811 – or 800.351.1111 – to reach the state's diggers hotline, Tennessee811. If you’re digging with mechanized equipment, the law requires you to call at least 48 hours before you dig.

If your home is already set up for natural gas (meaning you have an existing meter at your home) and you would like to begin service, please complete our Start Service Form or contact us at 1-866-643-4168. 

 

Home is not set up for natural gas

If your home does not have a natural gas meter – but you're ready to enjoy the comfort, reliability and performance of natural gas – please fill out our New Meter Request Form.

Transfer Natural Gas Service

If you're moving homes and need to transfer natural gas services from one address to another, please complete our Transfer Service Form or contact us at 1-866-643-4168.
