The Chattanooga Gas Shield of Warmth program offers bill payment assistance grants and basic needs support to eligible Chattanooga Gas customers.
Seniors 65 and older and veterans are also eligible for additional grants.

La Paz Chattanooga serves the Hispanic-Latino community in Bradley County, including to offer bill payment assistance grants to eligible Chattanooga Gas customers.

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps eligible customers pay for their heating service through grants that do not need to be repaid.
Open enrollment starts first working day in October through September or until funds are exhausted.

A program funded by direct contributions from Chattanooga Gas employees and customers to provide qualifying households with monetary relief for their natural gas bills.
