Note that there is a processing fee per transaction assessed by the payment vendor when you make a one-time, online payment by credit or debit card. We do not profit from this fee. No convenience fee is applied to payments made by checking or savings account.
If you’re past due on your bill, you may be able to set up
a Deferred Payment Arrangement.
Note: Once you set up a payment arrangement, you will pay your monthly payment arrangement amount for your past-due balance and your monthly current bill amount each month.

Never worry about paying your bill on time again. You can stop writing checks and mailing your payments when you sign up for our convenient AutoPay electronic billing option. With AutoPay your monthly payment will be withdrawn automatically from your credit/debit card or bank account on your due date for free.
If you choose to use AutoPay with your credit card you will automatically be enrolled in paperless billing. Please note it may take a billing cycle or two after you enroll for AutoPay to be set up on your account.

Reminder About How It Works
Using our Budget Plan is a great choice if you want to even out the seasonal highs and lows of your heating bill.
This is a free service for residential customers whose accounts are up to date, and you can discontinue it at any time. In the event your account becomes two months past due, you will automatically be removed from the budget plan.
