Mobile Wallet Billing (MoBill) Details

When you enroll an account in moBill, you’ll be able to receive and pay your monthly bill through your smartphone’s native mobile wallet – Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android).

  • Sign up only requires your account number, mailing ZIP code and a few steps to add a pass for your gas bill to your mobile wallet, which is a native app on your smartphone.
  • Your monthly bill will be paperless since it’ll be delivered directly to your mobile wallet.
  • You will not need to remember a username and password to view and pay your bill. 
  • When your bill is ready to view and pay each month, you'll receive a notification on an Apple device or a text on an Android device. 
  • When viewing your bill in your mobile wallet "pass," you can also:
    • Pay your bill using a credit/debit card or checking/savings account. A $2.95 convenience fee will apply to each transaction.
    • View your full bill.
    • Set preferences for new bill and payment received notifications, as well as due date reminders.

Budget Payment Plan

Reminder About How It Works

Using our Budget Payment Plan is a great choice if you want to even out the seasonal highs and lows of your heating bill.

  • We estimate your natural gas usage for the next 12 months, based on your past usage. 
  • We divide that amount by 12 to determine your monthly payment amount. 
  • We review your plan quarterly to make sure your budget amount is keeping pace with your actual usage. Every quarter, we’ll adjust your monthly amount as needed. Budget Payment Plan billing is settled in August and recalculated for the new plan year that starts in September. 

This is a free service for residential customers whose accounts are up to date, and you can discontinue it at any time. In the event your account becomes two months past due, you will automatically be removed from the budget plan.

Pay via AutoPay

Never worry about paying your bill on time again. You can stop writing checks and mailing your payments when you sign up for our convenient AutoPay electronic billing option. With AutoPay your monthly payment will be withdrawn automatically from your credit/debit card or bank account on your due date for free.

If you choose to use AutoPay with your credit card you will automatically be enrolled in paperless billing. Please note it may take a billing cycle or two after you enroll for AutoPay to be set up on your account.

Pay via the Phone

Call us at 866.643.4168 (Y hablamos español), Monday through Friday (closed on holidays), from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. to pay your bill by phone. A $2.95 processing fee per transaction is assessed by the payment vendor. We do not profit from this fee.

Pay via Mail

Remember to include the bill stub and write your account number on your check. Don't forget a stamp!
