Chattanooga Gas named a “Most Trusted Utility Brand” for the second year in a row 

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – August 9, 2023 – Chattanooga Gas announces it was selected among the Most Trusted Brands in the U.S. for residential customers by Escalent, a top data analytics and advisory firm. This is the second year in a row Chattanooga Gas earned this designation among residential customers. Chattanooga Gas also was named as a “Customer Champion” by Escalent in 2022.

Escalent surveyed 72,581 customers from the country’s 141 largest electric, natural gas and natural gas/electric companies. Utilities were scored in key areas including safety, reliability, reputation, customer service, and environmental focus.
