We value our partnership with Tennessee State University College of Engineering to support and mentor students entering the workforce. Our VP of Operations for Chattanooga Gas, Tiffany Callaway Ferrell, discusses Southern Company's pledge to HBCUs and how these funds support students through scholarships, equipment and mentorship. Dr. Catherine Armwood, Director of Development at TSU, and Marleen Metcalf, Director of Customer Operations at Southern Company Gas and TSU alum, share the impact of the partnership between Chattanooga Gas and Tennessee State University on the students.

For Engineer's Week, we are excited to return to TSU's campus to participate in career fairs, resume workshops and panel discussions to inform students about their career opportunities.
