As part of ongoing digital transformation efforts, Chattanooga Gas introduced Guest Pay, a secure payment option that allows friends, family members, or charitable organizations to pay part or all of a customer’s bill. Guest Pay requires only a phone number and ZIP code — no account login or sensitive information — making it easier for customers to receive support when they need it most.

Through its bill payment assistance initiatives, the company has provided more than $90,000 in assistance grants to help customers manage their natural gas expenses.
