Committed to Service: Chattanooga Gas employees fuel positive change with ‘energy to serve’

Chattanooga, TN – June 23, 2025 – At Chattanooga Gas, volunteerism is woven into the fabric of our company culture. Throughout the year, employees donate their time and talents to support nonprofit organizations that strengthen and uplift our hometown communities across Hamilton and Bradley counties.

From landscaping and gardening projects to packing and distributing meals, Chattanooga Gas employees are always ready to participate in a variety of community volunteer events.

Each May, with a shared purpose to work together and make a lasting positive impact, Chattanooga Gas employees collectively stand with community members during the company’s annual 'Energy to Serve' Month of Service campaign.

Recently, company volunteers partnered with nonprofit organizations, contributing over 80 hours of service across the Tennessee Valley. Team members participated in service events ranging from community enrichment to environmental stewardship projects, demonstrating their commitment to supporting those most in need.
