National Work Zone Awareness Day

April 10 was National Work Zone Awareness Day. Chattanooga Gas employees wore orange and posted photos with colleagues on social media to share the message about drivers using caution in work zones. Employees were encouraged to follow the state’s Move Over Law, which requires motorists to move over to give safe clearance to law enforcement, firefighters, ambulances, utility workers, and tow-truck drivers.
