Consumer Privacy Rights Request Form

Tennessee consumers have certain rights with respect to their personal information that Chattanooga Gas processes about them. Those rights may be exercised free of charge, up to twice annually and include the following: (1) the right to know what personal information is processed about them and the right to access that information; (2) the right to correct inaccurate personal information; (3) the right to request deletion of their personal information; (4) the right to receive a portable copy of their personal information; and (5) the right to opt out of the processing of their personal information.
