Consumer Privacy Rights Request Form

Tennessee consumers have certain rights with respect to their personal data that Chattanooga Gas processes about them. Those rights may be exercised free of charge, up to twice annually and include the following: (1) the right to know what personal data is processed about them and the right to access that data; (2) the right to correct inaccurate personal data; (3) the right to request deletion of their personal data; (4) the right to receive a portable copy of their personal data; and (5) the right to opt out of the processing of their personal data.
