We conduct regular inspections, proactively repair leaks and deploy modern technology and materials across our system, maximizing the efficiency of our energy and mitigating risks of service interruption. Prioritizing infrastructure upgrades has reduced methane leaks and decreased maintenance costs, delivering better consistency in service and saving our customers money. 


Offering Household Energy Assistance

Our employees, including field service workers and customer service representatives, help connect customers to financial aid programs from federal, state, local and company-sponsored sources. Federal programs like the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) offer crucial support, including grants for seniors and veterans. We also provide discounts and programs for heating appliance costs, aiming to help income-eligible customers easily access the necessary support for their energy bills.
